This building has 62 serviced apartments, all of which are decorated in neutral colors. All have beech wood floors in the hall and living room, with framed prints on the walls. Hallways feature cupboards contain irons and ironing boards. Open-plan living rooms and kitchens with balconies, full-length drapes, sofas and tub chairs with scatter cushions, coffee tables, TVs, videos and stereos, wooden sideboards, dining tables and chairs. Kitchens are fitted with beech units, fridges, washer-dryers, hobs and ovens, microwaves, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and terracotta tiled floors. Bedrooms have beige carpets, easy chairs, matching framed prints, full-length drapes, TVs, mirrored wardrobes, and beds with polycotton sheets and blankets. Bathrooms have white tiled floors and walls, Molton Brown toiletries, bathtubs with power showers or pullout showers. Some apartments have separate shower rooms.

DINING :

Marine Café - This bright café with red suedette chairs, gray corner sofas and glass tables offers Continental breakfasts for residents, as well as tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day.
